Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

1. Orders

We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed.

2. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only under the following strict conditions:

  • You must notify us within 3 days of confirmed delivery.

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition.

  • All original packaging must be included.

Exchanges are processed only after the returned garment has been received and inspected by our team.

BAYT NUBA reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these requirements.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs or duties incurred during return transit.

3. Production

As production begins shortly after purchase, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to change of mind, delivery timing preferences, or personal circumstances.

4. Shipping, Customs & Refused Deliveries

BAYT NUBA ships internationally.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, the customer will be responsible for:

  • Return shipping fees

  • Any customs penalties incurred

  • Reshipping costs (if applicable)

No refunds will be issued for refused deliveries.

5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

BAYT NUBA is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.

If approved, BAYT NUBA will determine the appropriate resolution (repair, replacement, or exchange) at our discretion.

Natural variations in embroidery, stitching, colour tone, or handcrafted detailing are not considered defects.

7. Courier Delays & Force Majeure

BAYT NUBA is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, natural events, political disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

9.Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
